How do I get a prepaid visa card? Considering my poor credit is it a good deal for me to find out about prepaid visas, so I can use them for direct deposit and online shopping. Would someone advise me on these programs,so I don’t become a bitter victim afterwards. And also how do I get one ,if neccessary? Thanks so much guys.
